Natural Indian Cotton - Neighborhood

A natural Indian Cotton check that is lightweight  and semi sheer and has a small check pattern woven in with small dots in every other square.  It would work well for tops, full dresses, and looser fitting skirts with a muslin lining.  100% summer weight cotton.  

Fabric is sold by the 1/2 yard (so 1 unit is 1/2 yard, 2 units is 1 yard, etc.).

• 100% cotton.
• 62" (156cm) wide.
• 2.2oz/75gsm
• pattern repeat 3/8" (1cm)
• Wash warm, with a non bio detergent, and on a gentle spin. Always pre wash your cloth before sewing to get rid of any shrinkage and set colors. Use a handful of salt in the first few washes to set the color.
