Textured Cotton - navy and white stripe

A beautiful designer Italian cotton is mid-weight with a visible vertical weave (but tightly woven).  White stripes are woven through this navy fabric to create a fun textured fabric.  Perfect for tops with some structure, light-weight jackets, skirts, or pants.
